Kovalev didn't appreciated Bob Gainey's speech after the elimination of Montréal! Gainey send that Alex could have done more for the team, words that, of course, Kovalev denied, saying he did all what he could for the team. About Alex Alex Kovalev is one of the most talented players in the Canadian of Montréal hockey team. He's been a source of inspiration for his teamates on and off the ice. He's always constant in his play, and the crowd just love and can't get enough of Alex Kovalev presence on the ice. Alex as natural talent to handle the puck. His hands are faster than his opponent's eyes and that's why he succeed to keep the puck in the opponent's territory so long. He's even one of the most used player on the power play because he's fluid in all the situations. He didn't had much luck with his former teams because the guy said he wasn't feeling the trust of his team. But this time is over now since he got to Montréal. People have really adopted ths big Russian attacker and his mighty spectacular play.
